Cloning an F-Tag duplicates an existing F-Tag so you can raise the issue again.
Sometimes a resolved issue needs to be reopened because it was not fully handled. Instead of creating a new F-Tag, you can clone the related F-Tag to speed up the process.
Step 1
Log in to your LeanSuite account with your credentials.
Step 2
Open the F-Tag you want to clone in the side window or the detail view. This example uses the side window.
Step 3
Click the Clone icon (shown below) in the top bar.
Step 4
A cloned tag is a new tag, similar to the original. The Create New Tag window opens; it is the same window you use to create a new tag.
Enter or change the information for the new tag. Check fields such as Tag Type and Tag Labels so they fit the new issue.
Click Create in the top-right corner.
