The Course Catalog is the third option in the LMS parent menu. It lists every course available for users to enroll in within your facility.
This is what a typical Course Catalog dashboard looks like:
Layout
The Course Catalog dashboard has two main sections:
The top bar, which holds the All, Learning Plan and Course tabs and the search options.
The display section, headed Courses, which shows courses in a Table or Grid layout.
Use the All, Learning Plan and Course tabs to show everything, only learning plans, or only courses.
The filter button and refresh icon sit below the Courses heading, and the Table / Grid switch is on the right.
Search options
You can search for courses by:
Name (ID and title)
Course Access
Pillar
Course Category
Facility
Tip: Click More to see additional search filters.
Display section
You can switch the display section between Table and Grid views.
The Table / Grid switch is at the top right of the display section.
The most important button in the display section is Enroll Now, which enrolls you in the selected course. It sits in a different place in the Table and Grid views.

Good to know
Course access: a Public course lets you enroll yourself. A Private course is assigned; you can request enrollment, and the request goes to the instructor's Enrollment requests list.
Shared courses: courses created in another facility appear in your catalog only after they have been shared to your facility with Course Share. A shared course with Private access is visible, but only assigned people can open it.
Is your catalog empty? Courses must be shared to your facility before they appear. Ask your LMS administrator to check the course's sharing settings.
