View the history, trends and charts of the values entered for a KPI.
Open the KPI
1. On the home screen, click the KPI button to open the KPI dashboard.
2. Click the KPI you want to view. A window opens with the KPI's details.
View the data
3. Scroll down to Recent Trends and click the expand button next to View All.
A window opens with the details and data entered for the KPI.
4. Select the date range, type of data, type of chart and other options.

View history by week or month.
Switch the chart from Bar to Pareto + Trend or Pie. For KPIs with Pareto categories, uncategorized values appear separately.
The KPI view also shows linked Kaizens and Recent Trends over one year, and you can export the data to Excel.
To show KPIs live in huddles, add them to a Lean Studio dashboard. Heatmap charts are available for KPI data.
