The Reports section produces reports from submitted suggestions by analyzing their information, such as status, approach, pillar and cost.
Reports use charts and other visuals to show how suggestions are being created, moved forward and completed in your facility.
To open reports, click Reports in the Suggestion parent menu. The Reports section has three tabs: Overview, Evaluation Rate and Submission Rate.
Overview
An overview of the whole Suggestion module, with pie charts and numbers showing the current status of suggestions in your workplace.
Tiles at the top show All Suggestions, Pending Feedback, Closed Suggestions and Participation.
Below them, charts show totals, such as:
Suggestions by Status (Pending Feedback, Pending Implementation, Implemented, Rejected, Implemented Kaizen, Not a Suggestion)
Suggestions by Pillar
Each chart has a settings (gear) button and an Export button.
Evaluation Rate
A chart showing how the Suggestion System is progressing in your facility: how many suggestions are evaluated, approved, or moved into implementation.
Submission Rate
A chart showing how many suggestions each person in the facility submits.
Filter and export reports
Tip
The Reports section in the Suggestion module has a Filters button at the top, so you can see the charts for only the data you need.
Filtering works the same way as on the Suggestion dashboard.
After filtering your reports, you can export them with the Export button in the top right corner of each chart.
Note: Suggestion reports apply a Year-to-Date (YTD) filter by default when the page loads (the Filters button shows 1 active filter). If the numbers in a report differ from the Suggestion dashboard, check the date filter.
