Reports in the Skill Matrix is an analytics section with detailed data about competency and tool usage in LeanSuite.
Competency is directly related to the tools in LeanSuite, so it is an effective measure of an employee's skill.
To open Reports, select Skill Matrix Reports in the Skill Matrix parent menu. For help, see About Skill Matrix navigation.
This is what a typical Reports section looks like:
Two sections
Reports has two main sections, shown as the Competency and Statistics tabs:
Competency: shows the competency of employees in the facility. You can:
View competency
Search using the search and filter criteria
Export the competency report for all users (User Competencies Export)
Export filtered competency data (Export)
Statistics: shows statistics about tool usage in the facility. You can:
View cumulative tool usage
View unique tool usage
View team distribution in the facility
View team count by pillar
Export statistical data
Competency section
The Competency section has search and filter criteria to find results for specific users. The options are:
Search by ID and title
Select Employee Type (drop-down)
Select Manager (drop-down)
Select Users (drop-down)
Loss Type (drop-down)
Tool (drop-down, several tools can be selected)
Use the Table / List switch and the refresh button on the right to change and reload the results.
Statistics section
The Statistics section also has options to change the data displayed.
You can view statistics by Date and Pillar.
The Statistics tab also shows team distribution in the facility and team count by pillar.
