Create a Suggestion Campaign to collect ideas about a specific topic within a set time frame.
Steps
1. Log in to your LeanSuite account. For help, see Log in to LeanSuite.
2. Open the Suggestion Campaign dashboard by clicking Campaigns in the parent menu on the home page.
3. Click + Create New Campaign at the top center of the page.

4. Enter the campaign information in the Create a Campaign window. It has 7 fields.
Cover image: the campaign's cover image. You can take a photo with your camera (depending on your device) or choose an image from your device. This field is optional. | |
Organizer | Automatically set to your name. |
Campaign Name | The name of the campaign. |
Start Date | The date the campaign starts. |
End Date | The date the campaign ends. |
Custom Points | The points a user earns for every suggestion submitted to the campaign. These are bonus points on top of your facility's standard point rules. |
Description | A detailed description of the campaign. |
Tip
A campaign runs for a set period. Use it to collect suggestions about a specific problem within a time frame, then implement the best solutions quickly.
5. Click Create Campaign in the bottom right of the window. The button becomes active (blue) when the fields are filled in.
Result
The new campaign appears at the end of the list with its own campaign card.
About campaign cards
A campaign card shows the campaign's information: cover image, name, ID, date range, number of submitted suggestions, editing tools and the Submit Suggestion button.
Note: Campaign points add to the points users earn under the rules in Suggestion Settings. Points feed the Leaderboard and Wall of Fame and can be redeemed in the prize catalog. See Set suggestion points in Suggestion Settings.
