How to add a loss category in Kaizen Module?

Step 1

Follow the steps to reach the Add Loss Type Window


Step 2

In the first field i.e. Loss Category, navigate to the extreme right and click on the + Add New button.


Step 3

Once you click the Add New button, the drop down arrow in the box area is replaced by two icons, a gray double tick mark and red cross mark.

When the icons appear, it signifies that the field will now accept the name of the new category you wish to create.


Step 4

Enter the name of the new category you wish to create. Once you start entering information in the box, the gray tick marks will turn Blue, signifying that the information has been entered.

After entering the desired name, click on the blue double tick marks to add the category into the database.

The red cross mark lets you discard the process of addition and takes the information field back to the original state i.e. drop down menu.


Step 5

When you click on the blue double tick marks, a green colored pop up will show up on the top right corner confirming the addition of the new category.

The newly formed category will also be automatically selected in the field.
