Navigate to Section 2 in the detail view.

Choose the Loss Type for which you wish to create a kaizen.
Navigate to the right end of the loss and click on Create Kaizen.
Step 5
A new Create Kaizen window will open up.
Enter the information as required and click on create when finished.
