You can update or delete any tool (or skill) in the Tool Management dashboard. This article shows you how.
Who can do this: admins with permission to manage Kaizen settings.
Steps
1. Go to the Tool Management dashboard in Kaizen Settings. For help, see About tool management in Kaizen.
2. Find the tool you want to change and click the three dots icon in the Action column on the far right. The Edit and Delete options appear.
3. Click Edit to change the tool, or Delete to remove it.
If you chose Edit, the Update Tool window opens with the same fields you filled in when you created the tool.
4. Change the information as needed.
5. Click Update at the top right of the window.
Result
A green pop-up confirms your changes.
