As we know the activity section offers an interactive section where users/employees can comment and interact as a Kaizen goes through implementation; let’s learn about how to comment on a Kaizen!
Step 1
Open the Kaizen you wish to add a comment to in side window or detail view as per your preference.

Navigate to the Activity Section of the Kaizen.
Step 3
Choose Comment from the Show window to display the comment section.
Type in the comment in the Add a Comment box that shows up and click on the arrow on the extreme right of the box.
Step 4
After you’re finished check and confirm the submission of your comment as it will appear in the list below the comment box.

A kaizen when finished can be converted into a best practice.
A best practice is essentially a kaizen that was able to solve a problem/issue in the most efficient manner. A kaizen can be set as a precedent until a more efficient process is formed. To set it as a precedent for operating in a similar way when a familiar situation/problem arises, it can be converted into a best practice.
A best practice acts as a founding solution to a problem and can be shared to other facilities for approval, suggestion, improvement and adoption! This let’s a company implement solutions in various locations and have wider feedback than can let them improve on their solutions and working methods representing continuous improvement!
