You can add a photo to a Kaizen, or take one with your device camera, sketch on it and then add it to the Kaizen.
You can do this from the Kaizen side window or from the Kaizen detail view. The steps are the same in both.
Add a photo or a photo with a sketch
Open the Kaizen you want to add a photo to, in either the side window or the detail view.
Choose the Photo option from the attachment options.
Add a photo, or take one with your device camera.
If you want, sketch on the photo before adding it to the Kaizen, as shown in the video walkthrough.

Other ways to add information to a Kaizen are Attach (a file of any format), Sketch and Web URL. See Attach information and data to a Kaizen.
Images you add in the description text editor are also saved automatically in the Kaizen's Attachments section.
