You can add an explanatory sketch to a Kaizen to show a problem, idea or layout visually.
You can do this from the Kaizen side window or from the Kaizen detail view. The steps are the same in both.
Add a sketch
Open the Kaizen you want to add a sketch to, in either the side window or the detail view.
Choose the Sketch option from the attachment options.
Draw your sketch.
Save it to the Kaizen, as shown in the video walkthrough.
Good to know
Other ways to add information to a Kaizen are Attach (a file of any format), Photo and Web URL. See Attach information and data to a Kaizen.
Images you add in the description text editor are also saved automatically in the Kaizen's Attachments section.
