Your User Profile in the Skill Matrix brings together your performance and skills data: your competency, your teams and your tool usage over time.
You and your teams are analyzed using the Skill Matrix. Your achievements, expertise and learning over time increase your competency and help you grow in your workplace.
My Profile in the Skill Matrix (opened from User Profile in the left menu) shows your performance and competency as a radar chart and a table, the teams you belong to, and the history of your tool usage.
The User Profile has four tabs:
My Radar Chart: shows the competency radar chart, the competency table and all the tools you have used.
Teams: shows the teams you belong to.
History: shows your progress history with the tools you have used.
Training Tracker: tracks training completion, including procedure sign-offs.
My Radar Chart
My Radar Chart has two sub-sections: the competency views (radar and table) and the All Tools view.
Above them, your name is shown with a Filters button, and tiles show Total Savings, Soft Savings, Hard Savings, Virtual Savings, Cost Avoidance and Other Savings.
The chart panel shows Gap, Gap closure YTD and Gap closure Total percentages and has an Export button.
The All Tools panel shows how many tools are listed, with a Search box and + Add tool.
Tip: Use the two view icons at the top right of the chart panel to switch between the radar chart and the Competency Table view. The drop-down in the top-left corner of the panel (showing Tools) sets what the chart displays.
Reading the radar chart
Original level: your level at the start of the year.
Current level: your level now. The difference from the original level is this year's gain.
Required level: the level your team requires. The difference from your current level is your skill gap.
The chart shows your levels as of a date. Check the "as of" date when you compare results.
When there are many tools, the tool names on the radar chart are split into pages.
Users with edit permission can update the Original Level directly from the radar chart.
Teams
The Teams tab shows the teams you belong to.
History
The History tab shows your progress history with the tools you have used.
Good to know
The User Profile page layout was reorganized in October 2025, so your screen may look slightly different from the older screenshots.
If a course is linked to a skill level, passing the course upgrades your level in the Skill Matrix and radar chart automatically.
Training completion, including procedure sign-offs, can be tracked in the Training Tracker tab.
Depending on your role permissions, manual or external training can be recorded by selecting the user and the course and entering the hours.
