Edit an issue or sub-issue in F-Tag, or make it inactive so it no longer appears when people create F-Tags.
Important: Issues are not deleted permanently. To "delete" an issue, you make it Inactive.
Steps
1. In the F-Tag parent menu, select Tag Settings. For an overview, see About Tag Settings.
2. Select the Settings tab at the top.
3. In the top-right corner above the Default Due Date list, click the arrow and select Issues View. The Issues View window opens.
Good to know: on the Settings tab, Default Due Date and Issues share one window, while Priority and Trade Type each have their own window. Tag Labels are also managed in Tag Settings.
4. Choose the pillar whose issue you want to edit.
5. At the end of the row, click the three-dots icon in the Action column. Two options appear: Inactive/Active and Edit.
Make an issue inactive or active
Select Inactive/Active to switch the issue between inactive and active.
An inactive issue stays in the database. You can make it active again at any time.
An inactive issue does not appear in the Issues drop-down when someone creates a new F-Tag.
Edit an issue
1. Select Edit. The Update Issue window opens.
2. Choose the issue you want to edit.
3. Enter the sub-issue information you want to change.
4. Click Save.
