About priorities in F-Tag

Learn how priorities show how urgently an F-Tag must be resolved and where to find them in Tag Settings.

Written by Angad Singh

Priority is a property you attach to an F-Tag when you create it. It shows how urgently the issue needs to be resolved.

Each priority has its own Due Days and Description. You can choose a priority when you create an F-Tag and when you create a Default Due Date, where priority is a sub-field. The number of days allowed to resolve an issue can then be taken from the priority you set.

Example: you might create priorities named after target response times, such as "<24h" or "<48h".

Where to find priorities

In Tag Settings, scroll down.

The Priority and Trade Type windows sit side by side, below the Default Due Date/Issues window.

The Priority window lists all priorities, with their default due days next to each name.

Tip: use the drop-down in the bottom-left corner to control how many priorities are shown at a time.
