3. Click Course Catalog in the parent menu on the left.

The Course Catalog dashboard opens on the right.

The Course Card

The Course Card gives you a quick overview of the course and includes a few actions.

  • The image is the course's cover image, chosen when the course is created.

  • The heart button adds the course to your Wishlist.

  • The number next to the heart shows the course duration in minutes.

  • Below the cover image are the course name and the author/instructor who created the course.

  • The three options below the title show whether the course is Offline or Online, Public or Private, and the course Frequency.

  • The Enroll button enrolls you in the course.

Enroll

5. When you have found the course, enroll in one of two ways.

Option 1: Enroll from the dashboard

Grid view: click Enroll Now at the bottom of the Course Card.

Table view: click Enroll Now in the Action column.

Option 2: Enroll from the course detail view

  1. Open the course in detail view. See View course details.

  2. In the right-side panel, click Enroll Now below the Wishlist icon.

Other ways you get courses

  • Private courses: you can't enroll yourself in a Private course. Instead, request enrollment; the request goes to the instructor's Enrollment requests list.

  • Assigned courses: an instructor can assign a course to you directly or to your role. Assigned courses appear in My Learning without you enrolling.

  • Learning plans: click Start on a learning plan to enroll in it.

  • In-class courses: when you attend an instructor-led session, enter the attendance code the instructor gives you. The code acts as your e-signature. If the session is full, you are placed on the waitlist.
