What is Daily Standard Work in Lean Suite ?

Daily Standard Work system is a central space where you can see the activities assigned to you as well as assign activities to other users.

These tasks/activities are assigned using the templates created in the Lean Creator System.

There are mainly 7 types of activities same as the types of templates available in the Lean Creator System:

  1. Assessment / Skill Matrix

  2. Audit

  3. Inspection

  4. Kaizen

  5. Other

  6. Quiz

  7. Quiz Survey

Parent Menu

The parent menu in DSW has 4 major options:

  1. Overview

As the name suggests, the overview dashboard provides a high-level view of the activities inside the facility. It includes activities assigned to you, your team as well as the facility and asset activities. You can filter out activities by type, view charts and calender view to view activities on specific dates.

2. Kanban Board

This section provides a Kanban board view feature of the activities in four major categories; Overdue, In progress, Upcoming, Submitted.

You can view Your own, your team's as well as Facility's Activities.
