The templates serve as Activities that can be assigned to you or assigned by you to a user. The activities collect data and responses, perform audits, checks, perform assessments in the daily standard work system.
All the templates created through the Lean Creator are used in one way or another in the DSW system!
Furthermore, while creating a template we have the option of making it public or private.
The public options puts the template into the Marketplace where it can be shared across facilities.
This is a great way of sharing a workflow through a template to different employees of the company even if they operate in a different facility geographically!
