A Grid dashboard keeps widgets in a fixed, tidy layout. It's the best choice for KPI boards and tier boards that look the same every day.
Set up the dashboard
In Lean Studio, create a new dashboard and choose the Grid layout.
Click Edit Layout.
Add widgets, for example a single-value tile for each KPI, a trend chart, a table of open actions, and a heat map such as a safety cross.
Drag widgets into place and resize them so the most important information is at the top.
Save.
Tips for tier boards
Use SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) as your columns or rows.
Keep it simple: a few clear widgets are easier to read in a huddle than many small ones.
Build one standard board and share it with other areas or facilities so everyone uses the same layout.
