A Freeform dashboard is a canvas. Alongside your data widgets, you can add sticky notes, shapes and ready-made templates, and save your own templates to reuse.
Add notes and shapes
Open a Freeform dashboard and click Edit Layout.
Add sticky notes, text, shapes and arrows anywhere on the canvas, next to your data widgets.
Change colors and text in the properties panel.

Problem Solving
Process & Flow
Daily Management
Improvement
Strategy & Teams
Examples include Fishbone, 5 Whys, Value Stream Map, Kanban, Daily Huddle and impact/effort matrix.
In Edit Layout, open the template library.
Choose a template to add it to the canvas.
Edit the text and colors.
Save your own template
Select the shapes you want. Hold Shift and click each one.
Click Group.
Click Save as template.
The template is saved to My Templates so everyone in your workspace can reuse it.
