Build your own Kaizen section in Lean Creator when the built-in sections (5W1H, 5 Whys, Action Plan and so on) don't cover a tool your site uses.
Example: "5 Questions for Zero Defect", a 5W2H form, or a project charter.
Build the section
Go to Lean Creator and create a new template, either yourself or with AI.
Set the Template Type to Kaizen.
Choose the pillar.
Set visibility to Workspace if every facility should be able to use it.
Add your questions and save.
Use it in Kaizen
Automatically in a phase: in Kaizen Settings, click Add template on the phase where it belongs. It then opens automatically in every project of that type.
On demand: in a Kaizen project, open More and add it as a section.
