When a Best Practice is shared across your company, you can track which facilities have reviewed it, whether it applies to them, and whether they've implemented it.
How sharing works
1. A facility captures a Best Practice and it's approved centrally.
2. The approved Best Practice is shared with other facilities (see Share a Best Practice with other facilities).
3. Each receiving facility reviews it and records whether it applies to them.
For receiving facilities
Open the shared Best Practice and mark it as:
Reviewed
Applicable or not applicable
Implemented, or pending with a reason why it hasn't been implemented yet
Tip: You can start a Kaizen to implement it at your site.
For the central team
The adoption view shows, for each Best Practice, which facilities have reviewed, applied and implemented it, and the reasons given where it isn't implemented. Use it to follow up with sites.
