Share a Best Practice with other facilities so they can review it and adopt it.
Note: You can only share a Best Practice from the detail view.
Steps
2. Open the Best Practice you want to share in the detail view. For help, see Open an existing Best Practice.
3. In the top bar below the title, click Share, next to the Advance To button. The Select Facilities window opens.
4. Click the arrow to open the drop-down menu, then select the facilities you want to share the Best Practice with.
You can select more than one facility. Each facility you click is added to the field above.
To remove a facility, click the x to the left of its name.
5. Click Share.
Adopting a Best Practice shared with your facility
Other facilities can also share Best Practices with yours. Your facility then decides whether to adopt or reject each one, based on your needs.
Adoption is tracked for each receiving facility, covering:
Reviewed: whether your facility has reviewed the shared Best Practice.
Applicable: whether it applies to your facility's processes.
Implemented: whether your facility has put it into practice.
Reason: why your facility adopted or rejected it.
