Export the suggestions on the Suggestion dashboard to a file for analysis, documentation or tracking.
Steps
1. Go to the Suggestion dashboard and filter the list by the criteria you need. For help, see Search the Suggestion dashboard.
2. Click Export Suggestions in the top right corner of the dashboard. A Save As dialog opens (its appearance depends on whether you use Windows or Mac).
3. Choose where to save the file on your computer and enter a file name.
4. Click Save.
Good to know
The export includes only the suggestions that match your current filters.
The export includes a Submitted On column with the exact submission date of each suggestion.
