The Activity section records every change made to a suggestion and holds its comments. It is the smallest section when you open a suggestion.

What the Activity section does
Records the activity on a suggestion, that is, every change made as the suggestion progresses.
Provides a comment area where users can discuss the suggestion and share ideas as it moves forward.
Activity tabs
The Activity section has 3 tabs:
All | Shows comments and history changes together, with the latest at the top. |
Comments | Shows only the comments on a suggestion, with the latest at the top.  |
History | Shows only the changes made to a suggestion, with the latest at the top.  |
Note: The Comments tab is the only one where you can type. To learn how to comment, see Add a comment to a suggestion.
Tip: @mention a colleague in a comment to notify them by email. You can also use an @mention to ask for a soft approval without adding the person as an approver.
