Itis a streamlined tool designed for welcoming and implementing valuable suggestions within the organization. It acts as a centralized hub where employees can submit their ideas as suggestions. Once submitted, the suggestions undergo analysis by concerned authorities.
The outcome of selected ideas is then implemented using the suggestion system’s standard proceedings. The Suggestion Campaign essentially simplifies the journey from idea generation to implementation, encouraging a continuous flow of improvements throughout the company.
A campaign inside Lean Suite is displayed by a Card that carries all information entered while creating a new campaign.
