The suggestion system aims to provide a comprehensive tool where small and big suggestions about all aspects inside a facility can be gathered, reviewed and implemented to bring about positive changes, modifications and outputs inside a facility.
The Suggestion system also houses a Suggestion Campaign space where suggestions can be welcomed for a particular aspect bounded by a time frame.
All the suggestions submitted carry a reward in terms of points that can be accumulated and further exchanged for prizes.
Overall, the suggestion system creates a holistic work environment where improvement ideas are welcomed as suggestions and fruitful initiatives are rewarded.
