How a Kaizen progresses
Kaizen means continuous improvement. After creation, a Kaizen follows a systematic, phase-by-phase process, moving from one stage to the next until it reaches its goal.
The Kaizen module in LeanSuite provides options and features to track and move a Kaizen forward through the phases of its methodology.
To use these options, first open the Kaizen. You can find it by searching the dashboard. See Search the Kaizen Dashboard.
