See which Kaizens are connected to each loss in a Loss Tree, and open them or check their team's competency.
Steps
1. Log in to your LeanSuite account with your credentials.
2. Open the Loss Tree you want to view the connected Kaizens for. Need help? See Open an existing Loss Tree.
3. Go to Section 2 (Loss results) in the Detail View. Need help? See About the Loss Tree detail view.
4. Click a loss in the loss results. The Connected Kaizens overlay window opens with the details of the Kaizen or Kaizens connected to that loss.
Tip: The Connected Kaizens window is the connection point between Cost Management, the Kaizen module and the Skill Matrix.
What you can do in the Connected Kaizens window
Open the Kaizen in detail.
Copy the Kaizen ID with the Copy icon.
View the competency of the team associated with the Kaizen.
Click Back to Kaizens to return to the list of connected Kaizens.
