Step 1
Log into your Lean Suite account with your credentials.
Step 2
Once you sign into your account, click on the Create New tab on the right side of the main menu bar.

From the drop-down menu select Kaizen.
Step 4
The Create Kaizen window will open up on your page.
Enter the information in the fields provided.
A create kaizen window collects information through various fields that can be added/edited as per need of the process in question.
Scroll to the bottom to learn more about fields.
Step 5
Once you have added all the information, click on Submit on the top right corner.
A green colored pop up will show on the top right corner confirming the submission of your new kaizen.
Useful Tips!
Once a kaizen is created, it automatically opens up in a detail view to make further changes or proceeding further.
