Result
The Team Member Detail is a table with three columns, and one row for each tool the member has competency in:
Original | Current | Required |
The member's competency in the tool at the start of the year. | The member's current competency in the tool. | The competency in the tool required for the year. |
Reading the radar chart
Current minus Original is the member's gain this year.
Required minus Current is the remaining skill gap.
Levels are shown as of the selected date. To see levels on another date, see View or export team data for a past date.
Users with edit permission can update the Original Level directly from the radar chart.
When there are many tools, the tool names on the radar chart are split into pages.
Closing skill gaps
Gap planning shows active Kaizen projects alongside courses that help close skill gaps. Project IDs in gap planning are links that open the project. Use Expand/Collapse All to manage long plans.
When a course is linked to a skill level, passing the course upgrades the member's level in the Skill Matrix and radar chart automatically.
Level criteria define how a member moves up a level. For example: level 1 to 2 by passing a course, level 2 to 3 and 3 to 4 by applying the skill a set number of times, and level 4 to 5 by train-the-trainer.
