How to view competency detail for a member in a team?

Step 1

Log into your Lean Suite Account with your credentials.

Open the Team Detail view for the team you wish to see the members detail for.

Step 3

Open the members section by clicking on the Team Members tab.

The Team Member Details will show up with each team member with their own statistics.

The Default Team Members view is set to Radar Chart View as mentioned in the top right corner of the window.

It can be changed to list view that provides tool competency details as well!

Below is a comparison between the details of the two views:

The View Details button is not present in the List View. You can click anywhere in the team member row to View Details!

The Required, Current & Original legend in the Radar Chart View corresponds to the Competency inside Skill Matrix!

The details of a team member can be seen both from the Radar Chart View & List view.

Step 4a | Radar Chart View


Navigate to the bottom of the Radar Chart and click on View Details.

Step 4b | List View


Click anywhere in the team member row to View Details for the team member.

The Team Member Detail is shown in a table format with three columns and rows equal to the tools for that particular member has competency in:

Original

Current

Required

Denotes the Original Competency of the tool at the starting of the year.

Denotes the Current Competency of the tool.

Denotes the Required Competency of the tool required in the annual year.
