The Team Detail View shows the details of a team. It works like a dashboard for the team, with key information about the team's performance, the tools it uses and its competency details.
It is the central place to see workforce performance, both for the team and for each member.
Organizations set expected levels, usually each year. The Team Detail View shows each employee's progress from their starting point and the gap to the expected target.

Shows the radar chart of the team's competency and the tools the team uses.

Team Members
Shows the radar chart and competency details for each team member.
You can switch the view from the radar chart to a table.
Good to know
The radar chart compares each member's original level (start of the year), current level and required level, as of the selected date.
Gap planning shows active Kaizen projects alongside courses that help close skill gaps. Project IDs in gap planning are links that open the project.
