How to add a comment to a Best Practice?

As we know the activity section offers an interactive section where users/employees can comment and interact as a Best Practice goes through implementation; let’s learn about how to comment on a Best Practice!


Step 1

Open the Best Practice you wish to add a comment to in the side window or detail view as per your preference.

Step 2

Navigate to the Activity Section of the Best Practice.


Step 3

Choose Comment from the Show window to display the comment section.

Type in the comment in the Add a Comment box that shows up and click on the arrow on the extreme right of the box.


Step 4

After you’re finished check and confirm the submission of your comment as it will appear in the list below the comment box.


Congratulations! We have successfully learned how to comment on a Best Practice!


A best practice is essentially a kaizen unless it is approved. This is the same reason why the information in it is editable. Once a set of parameters are reached which solve the issue at hand in the most effective manner, a best practice can be “Approved” by advancing it to the last stage in the workflow.

At that stage it can be shared to other facilities to know the proficiency of the best practice!
