Open a Best Practice from the dashboard to view, edit or progress it.
Side window or detail view
There are two ways to open a Best Practice:
Side window: shows a summary of the Best Practice in a smaller scrollable panel while the dashboard stays open. This lets you select any Best Practice and see an overview of it at the same time.
Detail view: opens the Best Practice as a full page with several sections visible at once. It shows more information than the side window, and the dashboard is hidden.
Open the side window
1. Go to the Best Practice Dashboard. For help, see About Best Practice navigation.
2. Click the Best Practice you want to open. The side window opens with its information.
Tip: Click the Copy icon in the top-left corner of the side window to copy the Best Practice ID to your clipboard.
Open the detail view
1. Open the side window as described above.
2. Click ID: Best Practice ID in the top-left corner of the side window.
The Best Practice opens in the detail view.
