Step 2

Once you sign into your account , click on the Create New tab on the right side of the main menu bar.

Step 3

From the drop-down menu select Best Practices.

Step 4

The Create Best Practice window will open up on your page.

Enter the information in the fields provided.

A create Best Practice window collects information through various fields that are the same as in a kaizen. While we can add and edit fields while creating a kaizen, since a best practice has a feature of being shared and adopted, the fields inside a best practice remain fixed.

Step 5

Once you have added all the information, click on Submit on the top right corner.

A green colored pop up will show on the top right corner confirming the submission of your new Best Practice.

Useful Tips!

Once a best practice is created, it automatically opens up in a detail view to make further changes or proceeding further.

Smart Connections

As we know that a best practice is essentially a kaizen at its core, the editing options relating to methodology and types remain the same as in a kaizen. If you wish make changes to a kaizen type of methodology which will be a part of the best practice, you can learn all about it in this kaizen phase!

Congratulations, you have successfully created a new Best Practice. ๐Ÿ˜€
