The F-Tag module (also called Failure Tag or Issue Tracker) is the LeanSuite module you use to report, track and resolve problems in your workspace. You create a tag for an issue, collect the data needed to understand it, and assign a person to fix it.
Each tag is handled according to its priority and documented along the way, so your team resolves problems quickly and learns from them. This works for small and large problems in any department.

Key features
Tag Types: classify tags by type. Administrators create, edit and delete Tag Types in the settings, and you choose a Tag Type when you create a tag.
Tag Labels: add custom labels to a tag and filter by them.
Floor Plan: upload floor plans of your facility and see tags placed on the layout by location.
Kanban board: view tags as cards grouped by status and move them from one status to the next.
Tier escalation: escalate a tag between tiers (for example Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3). Tier members are notified by email.
Saved views and Group By: save your filtered dashboard views and group tags by different fields.
Reports: analyse your tags on the F-Tag Reports page.
