Tag Reports turns the information in your submitted F-Tags into statistics and charts.
It analyses data such as pillars and location. Charts and other visual elements show how F-Tags are created, processed and closed in your facility, giving you insight into how the facility is working.
Report tabs
The reports section has four main sections, shown as tabs:
General Analytics | An overview of the tag database, including a T-Asset / Cost table. |
T-Pillar Analytics | Analytics for each pillar. |
Tag Distribution | A visual view of where tags are located on the facility's Floor Plan. Tags cluster by location, so you can spot problem areas. It uses the floor plans uploaded for your facility. |
Time Series Analytics | Tag analytics over a period of time. |
On the General Analytics tab, the Estimated Cost By Asset chart shows the estimated cost of tags for each asset, with the T-Asset / Cost table beside it. A Status chart follows below. Each chart has a settings (gear) button and an Export button.
Filter the reports
Tip: the reports section has Filters and Saved Views at the top of the page, like the F-Tag dashboard. Use them to see analytics for the tags that match your criteria. A date filter is applied by default. See Search the F-Tag dashboard.
Note: tag data is also available in Lean Studio. When you add a widget, choose the Tags module to build live charts for huddles and tier boards.
