Every module in LeanSuite has its own dashboard and parent menu. The parent menu holds the main options of the module.
To open the F-Tag parent menu, select Tag on your account home page.
Parent menu
The parent menu (dark blue background) has five options:
Tag Dashboard: opens the F-Tag dashboard.
Floor Plan: opens the floor plan of the facility you are working in, with tags placed on the layout by location.
Kanban Board: opens a visual Kanban board that shows all the tags in the facility as cards grouped by status.
Tag Reports: opens the reports (analytics) section.
Tag Settings: opens the F-Tag configuration window.
Floor Plan page
The Floor Plans page has a tab for each floor plan in the facility. For each plan you can:
See tiles for Average days to close, Open, Overdue, Pending Verification and Most Active User.
Use the zoom out, reset and zoom in buttons at the top left of the plan.
Use the eye button at the top right to show or hide the tag markers.
Search and filter the tags on the plan, which are listed on the right.
Right-side panel
When you select an option in the parent menu, its content opens in the right-side panel (white background). The selected option is highlighted in the menu to show that it is active.
The right-side panel holds all the details of your tags, from their information to their editing options. Use it to add, edit, navigate and process F-Tags.
