You can add an explanatory sketch to an F-Tag to help others understand the issue. You can do this from either the side window or the detail view.

Open the F-Tag in the side window or the detail view. See How to open an F-Tag after creation?

Select the Sketch option, draw your sketch and add it to the F-Tag. The video walkthrough above shows the steps in both the side window and the detail view.
