Once a F-Tag is created, the module gives various options of attaching information to a F-Tag which is helpful for the successful understanding of the F-Tag. This helps to look at the situation in a more prospective way towards solving a reported problem/issue.
Step 1
Open the F-Tag you wish to attach information or data to.
You can either open a F-Tag in side window or in a detail view.
