The Overview dashboard is the central place to see and navigate all the activities in your facility.
It is the first option in the Daily Standard Work (DSW) menu, and it opens when you go to DSW from the home page.
This is what a typical Overview dashboard looks like:
Parts of the Overview dashboard
The Overview dashboard has three main parts:
Activities Bar
Activities Type Bar
Status Window
Activities Bar
In the top left, this bar lets you choose which activities to see:
My Activities
My Team's Activities
Facility Activities (requires permission)
Asset Activities
When you choose a category, the Status Window updates to show its activities.
Activities Type Bar
After choosing the category, use this bar to choose the type of activity to see. Choose All or a particular type: Assessment / Skills Matrix, Audit, Inspection, Kaizen, Other, Quiz, SOP or Survey.
Each button shows the number of activities of that type. The Status Window updates to match.
Use Filters on the right to narrow the list further, and the refresh icon to reload it.
The activity types match the template types available in Lean Creator.
Status Window
This is the main window where activities are displayed. It has four tabs: In Progress, Upcoming, Overdue and Submitted, each showing its count.
It updates with the choices you make in the Activities Bar and Activities Type Bar.
Activities are listed in a table with these columns:
Type
Activity Type
Title
Assignee
Start Date & Time
End Date & Time
Action
Use the pager at the bottom to move between pages.
From the Status Window you can Start an activity, or view the report of an activity in the Submitted section.
Monthly Chart
The current Overview page does not show a monthly breakdown chart; the activities table uses the full width of the page.
Calendar View
The Overview page does not include a calendar. To see activities month by month, open Schedule Calendar from the Daily Standard Work menu.
In Schedule Calendar you can switch between Month, Week and Day views.
Good to know
Activities assigned to a role or an asset appear alongside individual assignments. A role assignment is marked complete for everyone once one member completes it.
Overdue items show in red.
If a view doesn't display correctly, refresh the page.
