Location QR codes make it quick for anyone on the floor to raise a tag in the right place. You can also print tags if your site still uses physical tags on equipment.
Location QR codes
An admin generates QR codes for departments, lines, workstations and assets in Admin Settings → Asset Management (see How to set up departments, lines, workstations and assets?).
Print them and put them up at each location.
Operators scan a code with the LeanSuite mobile app. A new tag opens with the location already filled in.
They add a photo, choose the tag type, describe the problem and submit.
AI can help tidy up the wording of the description. You can also use voice-to-text instead of typing.
Printing a tag
If your site still uses physical tags on equipment, you can print a tag from LeanSuite and hang it at the location, while the digital tag tracks the fix.
