The F-Tag module is for problems found on the floor, such as safety hazards, quality defects, equipment abnormalities, leaks or 5S issues.
Anyone can raise a tag. It's assigned to the right person, fixed, and verified.
How a tag works
Raise: on the web or mobile app, choose the tag type, location, priority and a description, and add a photo. Scan a location QR code to fill in the location automatically.
Assign: the tag goes to the right person automatically based on your settings, or it's assigned manually.
Fix: the assignee works on it, adds comments and attachments, and updates the status.
Escalate (optional): if it can't be fixed at this level, escalate it to the next tier.
Verify and close: an approver checks the fix and closes the tag.
Ways to view tags
Open the module by clicking Tag on your home page. The left menu gives you each view:
Tag Dashboard list, with filters, group-by and saved views

Tag types
Your site decides which tag types to use. Each type can have its own color and routing.
Example: Tag types such as Safety, Quality, Environment, Autonomous Maintenance and Professional Maintenance.
