Location QR codes make it quick for anyone on the floor to raise a tag in the right place. You can also print tags if your site still uses physical tags on equipment.
Raise a tag with a location QR code
Who can do this: An admin generates the QR codes for departments, lines, workstations and assets in Admin Settings → Asset Management. See Set up departments, lines, workstations and assets.
Print the QR codes and put them up at each location.
Scan a code with the LeanSuite mobile app. A new tag opens with the location already filled in.
Add a photo, choose the tag type, describe the problem and submit.
Tip: AI can help tidy up the wording of the description. You can also use voice-to-text instead of typing.
