Choose a view

  • Table: one row per project. Click a row for a quick view, or the arrow next to the ID to open the full project.

  • List: projects as a compact list with less information.

  • Gantt: projects and their actions on a timeline, showing which are on track and which are delayed.

Key columns

By default, the table shows these columns:

  • ID and Title

  • Lead Pillar

  • Slippage ($)

  • Days to close and Days Delayed

  • State and Facility

  • Action

Use the column picker (the sliders icon next to the refresh icon) to show, hide and reorder columns.

Depending on your setup, other project fields such as project type, project lead, Revised Due Date, savings and labels can also be shown.

Filter and save views

  1. Filter by year, type, department, status, loss type and more.

  2. Save the filter as a named view.

  3. Pin the view to make it your default.

Export

Click Export Kaizen to download the current list to Excel.

The export includes extra columns such as tools used, number of attachments and expansions. Long descriptions may be shortened.

Other Kaizen dashboards

  • Approval dashboard: projects and due-date changes waiting for your approval.
