Save your filters as named views so you can get back to the same list quickly, and share them with your team. Saved views work on dashboards across LeanSuite, including Kaizen, EWO, Suggestions and Tags.
Save a view
Apply the filters you want, for example Status = Open or Department = Assembly.
Open Saved Views and click Save view.
Give it a name, for example "Open Work Orders" or "My department – overdue".
Make it your default
Click the pin next to a saved view. That view opens automatically whenever you return to the dashboard. You can have many saved views but only one pinned view per dashboard.
Share a view
Share a saved view with teammates, for example a Tier 2 queue of escalated tags.
Choose columns
Use the column picker (next to the refresh icon) to show, hide or reorder columns, and save them as part of your view.
Group by
On some dashboards, such as Tags and Suggestions, you can group the list, for example by status or department.
Why doesn't a report match the list?
Reports often have a default date filter, for example Created on: year to date. Lists may show all dates.
Lists follow the facility you've chosen in the facility switcher, while workspace users may see several facilities.
Tip: Check the filters on both the report and the list before comparing counts.
