Need Help reaching the Kaizen Dashboard ?

Searching by Name & ID

Enter the Name or ID of your kaizen in the search box on the top left corner.

The search bar in the dashboard only uses ID or title (name) of the Kaizen for searching the database. If you want to search a Kaizen via any other information use Filter Search (Explained Below).

Search By Using Filters

Search Filters are various criteria based on which a dashboard will look into the database and show the relevant results.

Select any one of the filters located in front of the search bar based on the Kaizen you are searching.

When you select a filter, a dropdown menu shows up with options to choose from. Once you choose an option, the filter will become blue in background with the name of your choice indicating it’s active state and the related results will be shown below.

Useful Tips!

These are many filters available for searching a Kaizen database. These filters are based on the information present inside a Kaizen.

  • Click on More to view all the available filters. Click on Clear All at the far right end to clear all the filter criteria.

  • When a filter criteria is active you can choose Clear All to remove it or a cross “x” icon present right next to the drop down button. The cross icon will clear the filter and remove it from the visible list as well.

  • Click on More (mentioned above) to bring back the filter that was cross “x” marked.
