Find suggestions on the Suggestion dashboard by name or ID, or narrow the list with filters, Group By and Saved Views.

Search by name or ID
Enter the name or ID of the suggestion in the search box in the top left corner.
Note: The search box only searches by suggestion ID or title. To search by any other information, use filters.
Search using filters
Filters are criteria the dashboard uses to show only matching suggestions.
Click the Filter button next to the search box. A side window opens with fields to choose from.
Scroll through the window and set the fields relevant to your search.
Click Apply. The dashboard shows the matching suggestions.
Reset and clear filters
When a filter is active, click the Filter button to see which filters are applied. From this drop-down you can reset all filters or remove any single filter.
Group suggestions with Group By
The Group By button, next to the Filter button, groups suggestions by a field such as pillar, implementor or priority. This helps you focus on the criteria that matter.
1. Click Group By. A side window similar to the filter window opens.
2. Choose a group option from the drop-down list.
3. Choose one or more values from the second field that appears. It narrows the results within that group.
Tip
In the picture, two values are selected: Cost Deployment and Environment. The second field accepts more than one selection.
To remove a value, click the cross next to it or click the value again.
4. Click Apply. The dashboard now shows collapsible groups based on your selection.
Collapse the groups to see all of them in the window. For some groupings you may need to scroll down to see every group.
Use the drop-down arrow on the left of each group, or click Collapse All/Expand All in the top right corner, for a quick overview.

The Group By button is renamed to your selection (Pillars in this example). Click it to open the side window and reset the grouping.
Tip: The search box also works while Group By is active, so you can search within grouped results.
Save views
When you work with hundreds of suggestions, applying the same filters again and again takes time, and it is easy to forget which filters you used.
The Saved Views button, next to Group By, saves the filters you have applied so you can return to the same view later without selecting the options again.
1. Click Saved Views and select + Save View.
2. In the pop-up window, enter a name for your view and click Save.
3. Click Saved Views again to see your view in the list. Click it to apply its filters.
Tip
Use the pin icon on the right of a saved view to pin the view you use most, so you can find it quickly when you have several views.
