When you initially designate a suggestion as "Not a Suggestion”, there may arise situations where the suggestion becomes relevant. In such cases, it is possible to reinstate the suggestion's initial status, which requires approval, by modifying its status.
This flexibility inside Lean Suite allows for a dynamic response to evolving circumstances and scenarios. It also ensures that previously dismissed suggestions can be reconsidered based on changing needs or insights.
Status is one of the property informations of a suggestion that can be edited to reinstate the suggestion.
To change the status, follow the steps below.
Step 1
Open the suggestion you wish to revert.
Identify the Status bar and click on it to make it active.

Click on the Down arrow to access the drop-down menu.
Choose Pending Feedback to return the suggestion to initial state.
A pop-up notification will show up, and the suggestion will be reinstated with the Approve drop-down menu becoming available again!
